Abstract

The paper highlights that the dimensions of conviction of teachers and the spirituality of religion teach­ers are functionally equivalent. Both are effective factors of learning. At the same time, both dimensions of teacher action elude their purpose. Following the results of self-efficacy research, the extent to which spirituality can be op-erationalized will be discussed.
